Shipping Policy for AVORA.pk
Welcome to AVORA.pk! We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to better understand how we handle your orders.

Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your area is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: PKR 200 per order.
Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 3,000.
Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during sales, promotions, holidaysor unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 5 PM will be processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS / WhatsApp message with a tracking number. You can track your order online using the link provided.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or any other reason:

Our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@avora.pk with your order details and a video clip with photographs of the damaged package.
We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Shipping Limitations
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations.
Some remote areas may require prepayment before shipment.
